White tea, two leaves and a bud plucked only from Camellia Sinensis during summer, in the most remote segregate areas of our Tea Garden, surrounded by the primary forest. Has the highest HORAC values, and is therefore the ideal anti-aging tea, relaxing your body, mind and spirit. Enjoy it after 5 p.m. in the evening.
Bai Mu Dan pluck, the delicate light green leaves are whole with a perfect fluffy bud. Once brewed the liquor is of the palest apple green almost white, the aroma is that of soft peony and mown hay and on the palate it is slightly sweet with a well-rounded balance of gooseberry and honey.
How we prepare our Bai Mu Dan tea:
For optimum flavour natural spring water is recommended
1. Bring fresh water to first boil at 90°C
2. Add one heaped teaspoon full for each person to the water in a porcelain pot.
4. After cooling down the boiling water for 5 minutes, steep for 3 minutes. Sip tepid.
