Well twisted orthodox black tea leaves are fused together with oil from the Bergamot fruit along with the delicately formed corn flower petals. The tea is soothing and invigorating at the same time and the brilliant blue petals make this tea delightfully spectacular.
Liquor in the cup is bright with vibrant hues of burnt copper and slight shades of orange. The first sip reveals a smooth and refreshing blend of high grown black tea and the citrusy sweet harmonious flavours from the natural oil of bergamot.
How we prepare our Earl Grey Blue Tea tea:
For optimum flavour natural spring water is recommended
1. Bring fresh water to first boil at 90°C
2. Add one heaped teaspoon full for each person to the water in a porcelain pot.
3. Steep for 4 minutes, before strain and serve the tea. Sip tepid.
